Main duties include hiring production staff, like Directors, Crew Members and Cast Members, building the budget for the production and gaining intellectual property rights. The Producer is responsible for the preparations, the shoot, and handover to post production. The producer organises and is responsible for budgets, contracts, talents, permissions needed. The producer oversees and reports on payments. The Producer organises the video and photo shoots, works out concepts, gathers information into presentations and facilitates communication between parties. The Producer represents Publicis Groupe Hungary towards Clients.</p><p><strong>Professional Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for production budgets</li><li>Preparations prior shooting and organizing/overseeing of post production</li><li>Briefing production companies,</li><li>Manages talent search (directros, DOPs, talents, photographers, etc.)</li><li>Facilitates and arranges contracting</li><li>Coordinates with talents involved – availability, scheduling</li><li>Oversees payments</li><li>Organises paperwork, permits required for production</li><li>Receives and digests briefs, prepares re-briefs</li><li>Participates on photo shoots as creative</li><li>Partakes and organizes shoots</li><li>Conceptualisation</li><li>Prepares presentations, reports</li><li>Represents the Company</li><li>Identifies and anticipates issues, recommends solutions and establishes resourceful conclusions</li><li>Ensures that all work is reconciled correctly and comes in within the agreed budget</li><li>Utilizes provided technology (workflows, DAM, resource management tools) to support production workflows</li><li>Ensures production workflows are adhered to and define, communicate and enforce production standards</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and capabilities required:</strong></p><ul><li>5 - 10 years experience in Production environment as an active producer</li><li>Understanding of production, post production and adaptation project work flows</li><li>Complete understanding of all production and post production techniques</li><li>Knowledge of the various roles, functions, capabilities, equipment, and applications within the TV Production Department</li><li>Results driven and proactive</li><li>Good interpersonal and client relationship management skills </li><li>Working knowledge of technology including office 360, frame.io, Monday.com</li><li>Able to adapt to new working methods & technology advances</li><li>Excellent time management skills, organized and detail oriented & multi-tasking abilities</li><li>Strong client relationship management skills</li></ul><p><strong>Why should you join Publicis Groupe? </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Multicultural and diverse environment</strong> - We have more, than 350 colleagues (and counting), talents coming from every part of the world, why not join us and learn some Portuguese during lunch breaks? </li><li><strong>Home office opportunity</strong> - We attend to our modern and minimalistic (also award-winning!) open office three times a week, and we have the opportunity to enjoy the comfort of our own home twice a week. </li><li><strong>Flexible working hours </strong>- The working hours are also flexible.
