We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Location: Menomonie, WI Pay: $17.00/hour
We are urgently hiring kind, dependable individuals to join our team and support an adult female member —an engaging, joyful individual—in her home near Menomonie, WI.

Who We’ve Hired Before:• Over 60 college students from a variety of majors• Community members including teachers, business owners, office assistants, nannies, nurses, and CNAs
Responsibilities Include:• Assisting with daily tasks and household support• Light housekeeping, errands, meal and drink preparation• Safe transfers and general support (no private cares required)
About the Position:• Supporting one individual in her private home• Member is fully communicative, cognitively sharp, and enjoys storytelling, humor, and positivity• Home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Menomonie
Ideal Candidates Are:• Kind, friendly, and motivated to help others• Looking for 4–12 hours per week• Reliable and able to work independently• Comfortable driving and running light errands
Requirements:• Live within 15 minutes of Menomonie, WI (54751)• Valid driver’s license• Reliable vehicle• Clear background check
