About the Position

Performs the administrative functionality of Logistics & Product Supply & global customer service/sales support activities within the operating budget levels. This position will coordinate LAPS/Customer Service/Sales Support activities will assist in asset management & coordination of tire pool vendors & external departments to support the Global Aviation Tire business at the field level, always striving for continuous improvement & maximum return on investments. Associates will utilize Goodyear systems, create/maintain files, documentation & reports as directed. Limited travel is required.

 

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitates the administrative operations of Atlanta Logistics & Product Supply Chain.
• Coordinates shipping/receiving functions – domestic, export, government & related documentation.   

 

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree desired

 

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Strong logistics & planning knowledge.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Judgement/problem solving for obtaining, recognizes trends & patterns.
• Product supply production planning.
