Position Summary
The Director of Restaurant Operations and Special Projets will oversee all of OVG's Premium Expereicnces & Global Strategy's restaurant accounts, as well as provide operational support for Special Projects such as F1 Las Vegas and new venue openings. The position will also have oversight of retail ecommerce business.
This role will pay a yearly salary of $152,000 to $176,000 and is bonus eligible

About the Venue
Multiple Full-Service Restaurant Mangement & Special Event Operations
Responsibilities
- Day to day oversight of all corporate restuarant and ecommerce accounts within the OVG portfolio.
- Manage accounting systems and P&L for all locations.
- Labor & Cost of Goods oversight.
- Drive business development & marketing strategies.
- Food & Beverage menu development.
- Oversee onsite management teams.
- Respoonsible for onboarding and training management & hourly team members.
- Develop and implement training programs across restaurants.
- Develop and implement SOPs for restaurants.
- Collaborate with OVG and OVGH stakeholders on business initiatives and test kitchen implementations.
- Operational planning and support for dvision special events such as F1 Las Vegas.
- New venue operational support.
Qualifications
- 10yrs restaurant management expereince.
- 7yrs experience with restaurant accoutning practices.
- Ability to build and lead teams.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Microsoft Office proficient.
- Extensive knowledge of food saftey protocols.
- Management level ServeSafe Certified.
