Technical Program Manager - Flashpoint Intelligence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale technical projects across the portfolio, with a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions in the areas of threat intelligence, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence/machine learning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Information Security, as well as a deep understanding of cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS and Project Management of Engineering teams. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working with large engineering teams(> 100 engineers), and have a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects on time and be familiar with scaled Agile / Scrum / SAFE/ LeSS methodologies among others.

We have a role for you if, you: 

• have deep technical understanding of the software development life cycle, engineering principles, project management methodologies, and leveraged your knowledge and expertise to drive complex technical projects to completion
• have experience working with large software engineering teams, keeping them aligned to the common goal, and successfully managed and motivated them to achieve positive outcomes
• have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and risks across multiple industry verticals and tech stacks
• Have a proven track record of ensuring that the projects you own are designed and implemented with security in mind, helping to protect the company's employees, assets, and reputation.
• Have strong leadership and people skills to build relationships, inspire, and influence people across all levels to achieve their best work.
• Have a history of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with a client focus. You are results driven and understand the KPIs that represent success and growth for the company

What you will do:

• Orchestrate large-scale technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Work closely with Engineering Leadership and cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and data customer success, to refine project requirements and scope, cross team dependencies, and help track execution of project plans and schedules.
• Track and communicate project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring that project risks are identified, communicated and mitigated, and that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status and progress.
• Provide project leadership and guidance to project teams, and ensure that project goals are aligned with company strategy and objectives.
• Monitor project performance, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, and ensure that their deliverables are aligned with project timelines and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the areas of threat intelligence, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence/machine learning, and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.
