First Shift (United States of America)

The Executive Director, Project Advisor, serves as an executive liaison and owner’s representative for Nebraska Medicine’s flagship capital investment: Project Health. This position provides strategic coordination, and enterprise-level guidance throughout the entirety of the project including the planning, design, and delivery phases. This position ensures alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and oversees progress to achieve a successful outcome.   

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale healthcare or institutional construction projects. 

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, cost control, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage complex projects.  

  • Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements including unique workflows and compliance.  

  • Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools. 

  • Analytical and strategic skills to manage complex projects. 

  • Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with stakeholders.  

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) 

  • Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM)
