We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Account Representative to manage and support our growing client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building lasting relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience with our services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs

• Prepare and deliver reports, account updates, and performance metrics

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing proactive support

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
