What You'll Do:
- Validate contracts content of electronic files to ensure we are compliance with federal and local laws.
- Convert paper files to electronic for data retention.
- Support cross-functional and cross-organizational sourcing initiatives and strategies.
- Improve Operational Excellence by cross-checking metadata of electronic files to ensure status, effective and termination date is populated.
- Assist with converting historical paper documentation to electronic files in the database and electronic environmental library.
- Utilize project management skills to execute multiple project tasks simultaneously.
- Participate in legal projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be able to work part-time January 2025 - August 2025: 15-20 hours per week during the Spring of 2025 and part-time 15-20 hours per week during the Summer of 2025.
- Must be able to work onsite at our Wickliffe, Ohio location.
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2025.
