Director of Public Sector Delivery

TrueTandem is seeking a highly accomplished and growth-focused Director of Public Sector Delivery to lead post-award delivery execution and organic growth across assigned Federal Microsoft programs. This role is responsible for ensuring successful program execution, customer satisfaction, and expansion of existing contracts, delivering outcomes efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with TrueTandem’s strategic growth objectives.
The Director will oversee a portfolio of Microsoft programs supporting approximately 30–40 FTEs and associated contractors, with P&L accountability for assigned programs. This role partners closely with the VP of Microsoft Technical Solutions for technical oversight and with the VP Strategic Solutions to support recompetes and post-award growth opportunities. While accountable for delivery performance and growth, this role does not own technical solution architecture or presales execution.
