Sr. Systems Analyst - Reporting Analyst

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics indicators, widgets, and scorecards
- Develop and manage scheduled reports, scorecards, and visualizations to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
- Create scheduled data exports and automated reporting workflows within ServiceNow
- Analyze ServiceNow data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards
- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow reporting tools and dashboard usage
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities and user experience
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, and analytics configurations
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers and administrators to integrate reporting with workflows and automation
- Master's Degree and a minimum of two (2) years full-time work experience or
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three (3) years full-time work experience or
- Associate's Degree and a minimum of four (4) years full-time work experience or
- High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) years full-time work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering, Business or applicable degree and a minimum of three (3) years full-time work experience with ServiceNow or a similar cloud-based platform for digital workflow automation.
- Licenses/Certifications in Certified Application Specialist Performance Analytics (CAS-PA), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ITIL 4 Foundation certification, Preferred
- Proven experience in ServiceNow reporting and Performance Analytics configuration, Preferred
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data structures, tables, and relationships, Preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (GlideScript, JavaScript) for advanced reporting, Preferred
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Report Designer, list reports, and scheduled reports, Preferred
- Proficiency in creating and customizing dashboards, indicators, and breakdowns in Performance Analytics, Required
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions, Required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present data insights clearly, Required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams, Required
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on, detail-oriented approach, Required
- Develops and delivers effective presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driver's License Required
- Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday
- Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
- Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday
- The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
