We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to support Commercial Data Operations within our Sales Operations organization. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW), ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality data that supports sales operations, marketing, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a cross-functional environment, is experienced with pharmaceutical data sets, and enjoys solving complex data problems.
How you’ll spend your day
- Monitor and maintain commercial data feeds, including pharmaceutical datasets (e.g., IQVIA data sets such as XPO, DDD, 867, and Specialty Pharmacy)
- Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and timely availability for key stakeholders (Sales Planning, Marketing, Incentive Compensation, Reporting)
- Collaborate with IT, Sales Ops, Field Reporting, and Data Vendors to onboard new data sources and support data-driven initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users to translate business needs into actionable data requirements
- Manage product models, normalization rules, and market baskets within the CDW
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide root cause analysis for data-related issues
- Support testing processes including UAT and QA for new data initiatives and enhancements
- Document data processes, business rules, and SOPs to support governance and compliance
Your experience and qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, business or a related field (Master's or advanced degree preferred)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial data operations, data analysis, or sales analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong working knowledge of SQL; experience with Python, VBA, or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Experience with industry-standard data sets such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, and Specialty Pharmacy data
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities, excellent team player
- Ability to exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Great organizational skills and flexibility to perform under multiple deadlines
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Approximately 5-10% domestic travel throughout US

Compensation Data
The annual starting salary for this position is between $78,640 - $103,215 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
