Producer Contract Specialist Summer Intern Support Clerk
The Contracting and Licensing Intern Support Clerk will play a vital role in supporting the Contracting and Licensing team at our Vermont Campus. This position offers an overview of contract management and licensing operations within our organization, providing the intern with valuable hands-on experience and exposure to real-world business challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Support Clerk will contribute to various data clean-up projects, assisting in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Key responsibilities include performing data validation, cleansing, and verification tasks, updating contract databases, reconciling discrepancies, and generating reports for tracking progress.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent job experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with data clean-up or database management is a plus, but not required.

The starting rate listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and other long-term incentive compensation, depending on the position.
