Improving our guests travel experience using technology, ingenuity and kindness.”</em></strong></p></div><h3><em>***$10,000 Cash Bonus will be awarded after a 12 month commitment to Breeze***</em></h3> <ul> <li><em><strong>$5,000 after six months</strong></em></li> <li><em><strong>$5,000 after 12 months</strong></em></li> </ul> <h1>Breeze is hiring- join us!</h1> <p>The Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) is responsible for assigning, leading, directing, or approving work of other AMT’s under his/her supervision and participates in the performance of work as required.&nbsp; The Lead AMT reports to a Line Maintenance Supervisor and carries out instructions as assigned in accordance with FAA regulations and Breeze policy and procedures.</p> <p>Breeze is looking for great and experienced talent. Your entry pay will be based on your experience (up to $39.00 starting pay) and our established criteria.</p> <p><strong><em>$2.00 shift differential added when working from 9:00PM - 7:30AM&nbsp;</em></strong></p> <h3>Here’s what you’ll do</h3> <ul> <li>Assigns, leads, and directs the work of AMT’s under his/her supervision</li> <li>Ensures that all work performed and maintenance duties are in accordance with the Breeze General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and company policy and procedures</li> <li>Responsible and accountable for all work performed at the local station</li> <li>Communicates with Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) with aircraft status</li> <li>Complete all appropriate Breeze forms on all work assigned and performed</li> <li>Properly handle all parts, units, assemblies, and aircraft while in the repair process</li> <li>Ensure that all documentation is kept current as to open discrepancies and completed corrective actions</li> <li>Complete all associated and required documentation for all maintenance work performed or inspections conducted accurately and correctly</li> <li>Submit personal OJT Task Cards on time and accurately</li> <li>Maintain the work area in a safe, clean, and operative condition and ensure all tools are accounted for at completion of all assigned tasks</li> <li>Properly care for and use tooling and equipment used for aircraft maintenance</li> <li>Notify the Maintenance Supervisor and all other appropriate Team Member
