Come join us!</span></p></div><p><strong>Location: </strong>US Remote (Eastern/Central Preferred)</p> <p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Team Lead, Strategic Deployments</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Role: </strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and client-focused <strong>Implementation Consultant </strong>to join our growing Customer Success team at AlphaSense. This role will manage the onboarding and rollout of our solutions for both new and existing enterprise clients, serving as the bridge between the pre-sale discussions and the onboarding experience for accounts. This role is foundational to our clients’ success and will be focused on executing large deployments, building processes that have scale in mind, and translating client needs into actionable implementation plans.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who You Are: </strong><br><br></p> <ul> <li>At least 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment </li> <li>Experience with change management best practices, ensuring a successful transition for client organizations after deployment</li> <li>Strong sense of seeing a project through completion and managing tasks. Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane, etc.)
