Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Jacksonville, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing Oracle products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for Oracle implementation, which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires two years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Driving the design and development of integrations, using Oracle Fusion Middleware, Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), and Oracle SOA 12C Suite, including Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) involving end-to-end solutions between Oracle Fusion applications and third-party systems, using SOAP/REST API’s in XML/JSON format;
  
• Developing and scheduling Oracle SOA components and Oracle Enterprise Scheduler (ESS) Jobs, using Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformation (XSLT) and XML Query (XQuery) Language, and extracting BI Reports in base64binary to support data synchronization between Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) and on-premise applications;
  
• Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Integrations;
  
• Installing certificates, and administering and configuring Java Message Service (JMS), File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP), and Oracle ERP Cloud connections in Oracle Fusion Middleware;
  
• Building and deploying code, using Jenkins and GitHub, and guiding code versioning, using Azure DevOps as part of the Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) process;
  
• Conducting Program Increment (PI) Planning and daily scrum calls to track work, using Rally;
  
• Triaging critical integration issues by coordinating with endpoint applications and providing solutions for better performance, transaction monitoring, and tracking server health, using Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) tools.
