Marketing Automation Specialist
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders to create the structure for automated programs and multichannel integrated campaigns. Working closely with our global product management and demand generation teams, you will contribute to developing and refining Ingersoll Rand’s digital marketing strategy by identifying areas of improvement and implementing projects independently, and leveraging your skills and experience to determine ‘best practices’, along with managing & executing multiple technical projects within the automation system to deliver the marketing strategy.
Our requirements:
- You speak, read, and write fluent English
- You have an associate’s degree (or international equivalent) in Marketing + at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role
- Experience using marketing automation software (e.g.: Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot) – including system integration, program building, etc.
- Project management experience required - incl. establishing and maintaining processes in Lean or Agile methodology
- Advanced technical skills, e.g. HTML, JavaScript
- Capable of managing multiple project simultaneously
- Up to date with current and emerging digital marketing trends
- Analytical Skills
- Must live in, or be willing to relocate to Warsaw
- A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens
