About the role

Memora Health works with leading healthcare organizations to make complex care journeys simple for patients and clinicians so that care is more accessible, actionable, and always-on. Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on a Project Coordinator.

 

You will have the critical responsibility of supporting the rapid growth of our team by collaborating closely with the Operations team to manage and coordinate events, such as employee onsites, events, etc.  You will be able to bring your commitment to cultivating an exceptional employee experience. Ideal candidates will be driven by the problem we are solving, but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare - looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct internal research to identify event requirements, and understand details of each event
  • Create event proposals, and plan and execute events in accordance with financial and time restraints; track overall event expenses regularly
  • Carefully execute event preparation activities
  • Handle, coordinate and oversee all event operations, and serve as primary point of contact for any questions or concerns both for external vendor partners and internal team members; offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Provide proactive communication for internal team on expectations
  • Create and present reports to analyze and evaluate event’s results, and adjust events accordingly based on feedback

 

Qualifications (Required):

  • 1+ years of experience as a project coordinator or in a relevant project planning and execution role
  • Passion for the employee experience and event planning
  • Experience in managing short-term projects with demonstrated results, e.g. Board meetings, employee onsites, engagement events, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Excellent ability to solve problems and meet deadlines by juggling multiple, competing and changing priorities
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as a part of a team
  • The highest standard of accountability, ownership, and professionalism

 

Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Experience working in a high growth startup environment
  • Familiarity with project management principles (PMI)
