Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Epic Practice Lead to oversee the growth and management of our Epic consulting practice. You will play a critical role in recruiting top talent, managing customer relationships, and developing new service lines. Your work will significantly contribute to building a Best in KLAS delivery team, dedicated to offering the best possible customer experience.

Requirements

As a leader of our Epic Consulting team, you’ll work closely with our customers to develop solutions and align resources to implement and optimize their Epic and IT systems. You will help mentor and grow our consulting team, escalate issues, and guide projects to a successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Practice Leadership: Lead and manage the Epic Practice, setting strategic direction, establishing and achieving KPIs.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and retention of highly skilled professionals within the Epic ecosystem. Ensure that our team stays ahead of industry trends and maintains a high standard of expertise.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Address and anticipate client needs, acting as the primary point of contact for client issues and concerns.
• Service Line Development: Identify opportunities for new service lines within the Epic practice and lead the development and execution of these initiatives.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies as necessary.

Desired Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Epic ecosystem.
• Proven experience in managing teams and delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
• Strong understanding of Epic systems and their implementation in healthcare settings.
• Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• A proven track record in developing and implementing strategic plans and new service lines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
