Job descriptionOverview:
The Tackling Unacceptable Behaviours Unit (TUBU) aims to improve our working environment, support staff experiencing unacceptable behaviours to access the right help and to support managers dealing with unacceptable behaviours and bringing positive change. The Climate Assessment Team sits within TUBU and its work is primarily to gather the voice and understand the lived experience of staff working across HMPPS in England and Wales in order to influence policy and procedure at a national level and ultimately reduce incidents of BHDV and unacceptable behaviour.
