The Brand Field Specialist, Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of up to ten Brand Field Specialists. This role reports directly to the Sr. Brand Field Specialist Manager, for matters impacting daily operations. The Supervisor will support the coaching, training, and professional development of their assigned team members.
Working in close partnership with the Sr. BFS Manager, this role will help identify market opportunities and implement strategies aligned with team goals. Approximately 75% of their time will be spent in the field with team members, focusing on development and support, while the remaining 25% will be dedicated to their own market, driving growth through new associate dealer acquisitions for both Falken and Dunlop Motorcycle programs. They will also be responsible for achieving bonus sign-ups during these visits.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing Salesforce data entry and managing team route planning. The Supervisor will ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives are met for both the Falken and Dunlop Motorcycle brands. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to resolve internal priorities, and a keen eye for emerging trends and promotional opportunities.
The Brand Field Supervisor is also expected to uphold the organization’s core values, maintain confidentiality, and consistently demonstrate the four cornerstones to success.
Qualifications
A minimum of 18 months of experience on the FAST team as a Brand Field Specialist, or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong understanding of Falken and Dunlop Motorcycle department processes and programs. Experience in leading others through a project or comparable assignment is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Must be able to travel up to 80% or more, using air and ground transportation as required.
This role involves regular travel using trucks, trailers, and cars, and includes time spent in diverse environments such as outdoor motorsport venues, entertainment facilities, restaurants, sports venues, and traditional office settings. The role may also involve working in inclement weather conditions, depending on customer location.
