The Plant Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations manufacturing facility, overseeing Production and Logistics teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of DTPS projects.
This role is responsible for driving operational performance. The Plant Manager works closely with Engineering & Design, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure projects move efficiently through the manufacturing process and are delivered on time to customers.
The Plant Manager provides leadership and direction to Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads while fostering a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, operational excellence, and employee development.
