This role is part time/1099 that involves conducting thorough Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) to evaluate the physical condition of properties. The ideal candidate will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring the production of high-quality PCA reports and identifying opportunities for proactive improvements, such as energy efficiency enhancements.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Disclaimer: </strong>The following description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential responsibilities of work performed by employees within this classification.&nbsp; It is not a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Support EC Department's Property Condition Assessment projects by:</li> <li>Conducting PCA inspections as part of teams and independently.</li> <li>Consulting with other EC field Inspectors performing PCAs.</li> <li>Ensuring timely completion of high-quality PCA reports.</li> <li>Ability to identify and evaluate proactive opportunities in addition to reactive condition assessments (e.g., energy efficiency).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge and experience of performing various types of PCA inspections.</li> <li>Ability to organize information to run an inspection program.</li> <li>Strong report writing and client communications skills.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li> <li>Must have valid Driver's L
