Would you like to be a part of it?</p><p> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Maintain &amp; update in SAP all relevant parameters, to secure the accuracy of Standard Costs (Material Master).</li><li>Managing Standard Cost calculation process in the EMEA plants</li></ul><ul><li>Analysis of production order variances</li><li>Actual/Plan comparison including deviation analysis and review of such together with department heads (account/cost center level)</li><li>Monitoring and Analysis of production costs</li></ul><ul><li>Contribution Margin and Profitability Analysis</li><li>Perform month-end closing activities, including account analysis and inventory evaluation</li><li>Interpretate, visualize and comment of results and data</li><li>Strong collaboration with accounting team and production department heads</li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the plants in EMEA region</li><li>Support establishing CAPEX applications and post implementation analysis</li><li>Participation in global projects and cooperation with other Production Controllers</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of SAP FI/CO (SAP S/4 HANA will be further a plus)</li><li>You have at least 3 years professional experience on a production controller position </li><li>Strong experience in standard cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within a production or supply chain environment.</li><li>Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets and financial modeling.</li><li>A strategic thinker who can provide insights and recommendations to optimize operations and drive business improvements.</li><li>A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and leadership.</li><li>A motivated and autonomous professional, eager to take on new projects and support business growth.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English.</li><li>The role requires 3 days per week physical presence at factory</li><li>Some Business Travel in Europe</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>- Option to remote 40% working available</p>
