Instructional Design Corp Trn

This employee develops, creates, and implements training curriculums and development of training materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Update training programs and LMS to ensure that they are current
• Oversee the creation of online learning modules and other educational materials for employees
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
• Meet with manager to determine resources for training

• Proven work experience in training
• Track record in designing and executing successful training tools and programs
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Strong computer and database skills
• Ability to travel required

Education and Experience:

• Experience in LMS systems and Microsoft SharePoint
• Experience in Microsoft Applications, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate Storyline
• Basic experience in Adobe Creative Cloud
