Physician - Radiology Dayshift

Practice Location

• Southern Ohio Medical Center – 1805 27th St., Portsmouth, OH

Work Schedule:

•  Shifts include:
  • Varied Shifts Monday - Friday: 6am -2pm or 8am - 4pm
  • No call

Staffing

• 6 readers, 1 IR, 1 Breast, 1 PA, and full complement of imaging and support staff

Case Load

• Reading volume: 100-130 diagnostic imaging exams per day
• 150,000 multi-modality exams annually
• Modalities are completely digital with ACR (American College of Radiology) accreditation, BICOE (Breast Imaging Center of Excellence) accreditation through ACR.

 Equipment

• Dragon Medical One dictation system
• Mediqsys web based PACS

Practice Expectations

• Fellowship training preferred
• Ability to read a variety of exams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive, remote environment
