Customer Service Operations Specialist:
The Customer Service Operations Specialist possesses functional knowledge and understanding of the Life Solutions business and order intake policies; reviews submitted orders for compliance prior to order acceptance, creates and operationalizes orders in the ERP system, including coordinating PO creation to Philips manufacturing groups and third party vendors, coordinating equipment delivery and creating accurate invoicing per the terms of the contracts.
Your role:
Validating and processing all SP00 and change orders in compliance with policies
Timely and proactive communication with internal and external customers, including field service engineers, to efficiently resolve any order issues
Utilize critical thinking to analyze complex contract requirements, special provisions, pricing, internal approvals, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and corporate policies
You're the right fit if:
2+ years of sales support experience within a customer service and/or commercial order management environment
Your skills include; Sales Force Knowledge, SAP experience, Time Management, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, excellent and concise oral and written communication.
You have a bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word and Excel) along with Intermediate to advance Math skills.
Passion for customer experience, operational excellence and continuous development

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (STATE) is $22.55 to $32.21.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
