Summary
Starting Wage: $21.28; Plus $1.00 shift premium
Schedule: 8:00pm to 8:00am, 2/3 rotating shift

Our growing company is looking for a Manufacturing Helper to join our team! As a Manufacturing Helper you will assist Machine Operators on production equipment with an emphasis on safety and quality. As a member of the team, you will receive the training and experience needed to advance to the role of Machine Operator.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the safe operation of production equipment to produce quality products by continual adjustments of gauges that control speed, temperature, and pressure.
- Understands and adheres to all safety rules and procedures.
- Produce orders on time to satisfy customer needs and production requirements.
- Perform product labeling, packing, wrapping and helping to supply line for production.
- Assists with all required quality inspections, testing, and documentation.
- Comply with company standards with regard to housekeeping and 6S on machines and surrounding areas.
- Helps perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- High awareness toward safety.
- Ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate/college-level courses or trade school preferred, but not necessary.
- Ability to operate cranes, forklift, and other related equipment.
- Extrusion experience.
