Compensation includes a base salary of $131,600.00 - $219,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Senior Manager, Growth Ops Business Partnerships will be responsible for supporting business-driven strategy development and implementation around sustainability initiatives that support biodiversity, waste, water and carbon reduction goal achievement across Cox Growth Ops business operations and facilities. As well as scrutinize and speak to requirements from both an operational and technical sustainability perspective and execute end-to-end change management. The Sr. Manager, Growth Ops Business Partnerships will influence and consult on business decisions to support the achievement of Cox Conserves targets and act as a bridge between technical experts at both Cox Growth Ops and CEI.
Simplifies communication of complex concepts and solutions to gain operational and financial support for initiatives that contribute to a better future for the next generation. Leverage key environmental data points to identify, plan, and execute operational optimization of waste, water, and energy/fuel use with expertise and input from waste, water, and carbon engineering, environmental compliance & sustainability analytics. This individual engages and collaborates with stakeholders, including peers, executive and operational leaders, and cross-functional teams across the enterprise to drive business efficiency while reducing environmental impacts from operations. Identifies risks and issues throughout project and program workstreams, raising and escalating risks in a timely fashion to overcome roadblocks and work cooperatively toward a successful outcome. Meets regularly with stakeholders to share knowledge and surface gaps and potential roadblocks. Works diligently to resolve performance disparity across teams, regions, and departments, escalating as needed to ensure success.
Responsibilities:
Understand business operations and drivers to identify the needs and opportunities of Cox Conserves and Cox Growth Ops.
Serve as the connective tissue between Growth Ops and Cox Conserves for priorities, projects, and strategic initiatives.
Consult and advise senior divisional and operational leaders to educate them on key impact drivers and business benefits to reducing and mitigating environmental impacts.
Influence divisional leaders at all levels to prioritize achievement of Cox Conserves targets, keeping them fully equipped on the evolving business benefits to doing so, including brand, employment brand, government relations, efficiency, cost, and revenue benefits.
Support, communicate, and manage relationships with stakeholders across Cox Growth Ops facilities.
Meet with divisional and operational leaders to inform them of key impact drivers and business benefits to reducing and mitigating environmental impacts, with the support of the Cox Conserves leader.
Engage with relevant Cox Growth Ops teams to identify and address operational opportunities to reduce the environmental impacts of business activity.
Be informed of environmental and financial reporting to deeply understand the drivers and identify operational changes that can drive positive environmental and business outcomes.
Organize Cox Conserves PMO data into a summary of project and program health and progress to keep stakeholders aligned on scope, schedule, and budget.
Supporting sustainability projects and programs led by other team members as the business-unit operations subject matter expert.
Delivers presentations to internal customers and other program stakeholders
