Team Leader - Software

5+ years of hands on experience on Mainframe COBOL,DB2 and JCL in a z/OS environment.
Knowledge on VSAM and CICS and Knowledge on SAS and Ibm IDZ is an advantage.
Experience in project life cycle phases including analysis, design, programming and implementation
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of variable factors.
Experience in IBM Debug tool for z/OS, IBM Fault Analyzer, IBM File Manager, IBM Application Performance Analyzer, SPUFI
knowledge on Ticketing tools like ServiceNow
knowledge on Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management concepts
Provide L2/L3 production support, attending production calls.
Automation, Mentor other Developers, Support or Quality Assurance in understanding product architecture, new functionality and strategies for problem resolution.
Must work from Cincinnati WFO
