Overview:

Reporting to the WW President of MDS and serving as a leadership team member the VP, BD Excellence (BDX), Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) focuses on four main areas: 1) driving BD Excellence adoption and execution throughout the organization, with primary focus on commercial, innovation, and manufacturing tools.  2) Managing BD Excellence education to grow companywide adoption and acumen. 3) Managing continuous improvement process, with emphasis on visual management, problem solving, and kaizen.  4) Working with MDS and BD Excellence (BDX) leadership to develop frameworks and training programs to drive the adoption of BD Excellence (BDX) across the global MDS Organization.
