Building Maintenance

• Sweeping/mopping floors, operating scrap compactor, emptying trash containers, running floor scrubber, collecting/compacting cardboard, etc.
• Order/distribute supplies.
• Coordinate waste removal (roll-off).
• Perform all related building maintenance duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Maintain acceptable housekeeping and safety standards.
• Ability to work neatly in housekeeping.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to stand and lift.
• Qualified forklift operator (previous experience required)

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED equivalence.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet humid, or cold conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and extreme heat.
