Job Description

We are looking for a team lead for our QA projets.

The mission duration will be at least 5 months.

The main goal is to help the QA team (5 persons) to be organised during the maternity leave of the team lead:

• Report to the top management
• Follow the development of the automated testing means: write test specifications and define test procedures, define the testing needs with support of the hardware and mechanic teams
• Write test specifications and define test procedures
•  Deploy the testing solution and ensure its availability in accordance with project roadmap
• Participate and lead testing sessions
• Interact with various R&D team members: developers, product managers... to manage the current Netatmo automation projects

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in software validation with relevant experience in management/team leader (2 years)
• Working knowledge of QA methodology, testing techniques and approaches
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of programming projects is mandatory
• French & English are mandatory
