FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is hiring licensed Physical Therapists to join our growing outpatient clinics in Naperville, IL. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy a collaborative environment, value high-quality patient care, and want opportunities to grow clinically and professionally.

Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist at FYZICAL, you will provide high-quality outpatient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll treat a diverse patient population and have the opportunity to grow your skills across multiple specialty areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting

• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes

• Deliver care across orthopedic conditions, balance, vestibular, and neurological rehab

• Participate in specialty services such as pelvic health and sports medicine (as applicable)

• Educate patients and families to support long-term success

• Collaborate with teammates to maintain high clinical standards

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

• Active Illinois PT license (or license-eligible)

• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred

• Interest or experience in pelvic health and/or sports medicine a plus

• Strong communication and patient-care skills

• Team-oriented, motivated, and growth-minded
