Job Summary:

The Solutions Partner role is a technical presales role within our Global Merchant Services team, operating in the Global Sales organization. You will provide technical discovery, product demos, solution design, and integration support for primarily headquartered in the US and Canada, and operating globally.

This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in a local office expected.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex partner engagements that may involve multiple project teams.
  • Construct a technical architecture of multiple solutions to match the merchant's industry standards, use cases, strategy, and technical needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with both the Merchant/Partner and internal teams.
  • Direct Solution Proposals and Solution Designs to define the overall solution and implementation plan with partner engineering teams.
  • Evaluate any product/functionality gaps and collaborate with internal product and technology teams.
  • Ensure Merchant implements optimal integration strategies, techniques, and user experience best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a presales consultant, solutions engineer, technical account manager, systems architect, or similar position. 
  • At least 3 years of experience working directly with large enterprise clients is preferred. 
  • Industry experience with payments, merchant services, e-commerce, and/or retail. 
  • Working knowledge of API and web technologies (REST, GraphQL, JavaScript). 
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners and a passion for collaborating on complex projects in a team environment. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Comfortable presenting to C-level executive audiences.
