Job Summary

Senior Suites Manager is a high-level manager who oversees the operations and performance of the suites departments. Senior Managers are responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the Levy's overall goals and objectives. They are expected to lead and motivate their team to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency. The ideal Senior Suites Manager should possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. They should have a proven track record of success in their field and be able to adapt to changing business environments. Senior Managers should also be able to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve company-wide goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed and most importantly accountability being top priority .
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Collaborate with culinary and other departments and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are being met.
Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements to processes, procedures, and systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and customers, both verbally and in writing.
Manage labor ,waste/ inventory , budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that all expenditures are justified and aligned with company goals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role
Proven track record of successful leadership and team management
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in budget management and financial analysis
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
Experience in the industry or related field
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
