We are seeking an established leader to join our high-performing Manufacturing Industry practice.  As a priority growth industry, we are seeking a Manufacturing Tax leader for our SE Michigan market to help execute our growth plans.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Building the Rehmann brand and being a Face of the Firm 
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and provide industry insights both externally and internally for the Firm
• Represent the firm at industry events and internal events to promote the Manufacturing Practice and provide thought leadership
• Generating and implementing new ideas to address the changing landscape of our profession and the Manufacturing Industry
• Build Manufacturing focused service teams in the region to support growth
• Leading activities to grow the firm and generate business with new clients
• Identifying opportunities to introduce other Rehmann specialists to existing clients
• Building relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
• Developing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients’ complex tax needs
• Bringing proactive, fresh ideas to assist our clients in meeting their goals and aspirations
• Building profitable, sustainable client relationships

Your Desired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• 10+ years of relevant taxation experience in public accounting with a focus within the Manufacturing Industry
• CPA license required; MST a plus
• Outstanding client service and communication skills
• Track record of developing new business and leveraging trusted relationships
• Commitment to developing deep and meaningful relationships in the business community
• Track record of developing profitable, sustainable client relationships
• Proven technical acumen for complex tax planning that positions clients for growth
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a collaborative, team-based environment
• Strongest elements of executive leadership
• Highly respected people leader – ability to inspire others to follow
