Qualifications
- Must have at least 7 years of experience designing, deploying, and implementing Arista Route and Switch environments,
- Experience creating logical design models
- Experience with Arista designs such as L2LS, L3LS, EVPN, VxLAN & CloudVision CVP/CVaaS
- Experience with other OEMs in addition to Arista preferred.
- Working technical knowledge of network control protocols (QOS, PfR, PoE, NTP, DHCP), network management protocols (CDP, FTP, TFTP, SNMP) and security protocols (SSH, HTTPS, AAA, IPSec, TustSec).
- Strong knowledge of IP communication and routing is required (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP). Experience with inter-company routing is preferred.
- Related degree in computer science or electrical engineering and/or five years equivalent network engineering experience.
- Certifications in Arista such as ACE L3 Automation and Campus, and L5 Routing
- Understand WAN/LAN and transport technologies (Ethernet, DMVPN, WAAS and MPLS).
- Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

- Up to 75% travel

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $145,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
