As a Senior Associate Property Engagement Platform, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Deployment & Change Management team reporting to the Manager, Property Engagement Platform, you will support projects including the deployment of PEP, Hilton's new PMS system.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Support team members by troubleshooting issues and providing technical advice.
• Provide remote or onsite hotel training and support.
• Configure and build the system database.
• Set up hardware and system interfaces.
• Migrate hotels from the retired PMS ensuring all data is imported to PEP.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Onboard new Associates through training on all aspects of a project and tasks.
• Guide Associate and liaise with the Manager to support Associate's development.
• Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve system issues.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Multiple stages of a remote and onsite PEP deployment which include communication, configuration, database build, data migration, testing interfaces, and training.
• Project Management duties in the absence of Project Managers.

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
• Two (2) years of work experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems
• Understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS and interfaces
• Travel up to 80%
