You'll be part of our <strong>HR team</strong> and work closely with <strong>recruiters and hiring managers</strong> to position Redcare as an <strong>employer of choice</strong>, both <strong>offline and online</strong>. This is a <strong>hybrid role</strong> that can be based in our headquarters in <strong>Sevenum</strong> or our office in <strong>Cologne</strong>.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><p><strong>Employer Brand Strategy &amp; Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement <strong>localized employer branding strategies</strong> for the <strong>German and Dutch markets</strong> for both <strong>volume and office recruiting</strong>.</li><li>Act as <strong>brand guardian</strong> for all candidate-facing content ensuring consistent tone and messaging.</li></ul><p><strong>Recruitment Marketing Campaigns</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and execute <strong>data-driven campaigns</strong> on platforms like <strong>LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Kununu</strong> and relevant local job portals.</li><li>Monitor campaign <strong>performance and optimize</strong> using data insights for effective reach and engagement.</li></ul><p><strong>Content Creation &amp; Storytelling</strong></p><ul><li>Produce <strong>high-quality content</strong> including social posts, employee stories, videos, career site updates, and event assets.</li><li>Partner with employees to create <strong>authentic narratives</strong> reflecting our <strong>culture and values</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Events &amp; Community Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate Redcare's presence at <strong>job fairs, university events, and meetups</strong> in <strong>Germany and the Netherlands</strong>.</li><li>Support local <strong>employer brand activations</strong> and <strong>internal ambassador programs</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Analytics &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Track and report <strong>key KPIs</strong> such as campaign ROI, engagement, and employer reputation.</li><li>Present actionable <strong>insights and recommendations</strong> for continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in <strong>employer branding or recruitment marketing</strong> in an <strong>international environment</strong> with focus on a <strong>German market</strong>. <strong>Dutch market </strong>knowledge is a big plus.</li><li>Expertise with <strong>LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Kununu</strong>, and local job boards.</li><li>Confident using <strong>analytics tools</strong> (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Excel).</li><li><strong>Data-savvy</strong>, <strong>detail-oriented</strong>, and driven to create a <strong>strong candidate experience</strong>.</li><li>Skilled in <strong>content creation</strong> with a good eye for <strong>visual storytelling</strong>.</li><li>Experience planning and executing <strong>digital and in-person campaigns and events</strong>.</li><li>Strong communicator who loves <strong>building connections</strong> and sees the power of <strong>engagement and storytelling</strong>.</li><li>Fluent in <strong>English </strong>and<strong> German</strong>. <strong>Dutch</strong> skills are a plus. </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About your benefits:</strong></p><p>In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs - whether it‘s living a healthy life, having enough time for your family, or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Welcome days: </strong>We want you to feel at home with us from the very first day.
