Senior Warehouse Mgmt. Systems (WMS) Analyst

This role serves as the site expert in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and business analytics. The position leads advanced WMS configuration, screen design, troubleshooting, and system training while partnering closely with Operations to optimize warehouse processes. It also drives data?based decision?making by analyzing operational and system data, developing reports and analytical tools, and performing cost, feasibility, and process?improvement assessments. The role provides high-level technical support, leads system implementations, mentors analysts, and collaborates with internal teams and customers to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across the operation. This role is onsite.

The Sr Operations Systems Analyst (Sr WMS Analyst) role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $115,000. For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $115,000 and Washington is $80,169 - $115,000. As our Sr Operations Systems Analyst (Sr WMS Analyst), you'll be our go-to guru for implementing and maintaining warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems. You'll work with a dynamic team to analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop solutions to optimize our systems. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the organization
• Analyze and interpret data to improve system functionality and efficiency
• Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
• Identify and address potential issues and risks
• Create and maintain dashboards using Advanced SQL

 

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT similar field or equivalent experience, required
• 1+ years of transportation or logistics experience, or experience in a similar role, required
• 1+ years of analytical experience, required
