Operations Specialist, Remote in Utah/Arizona/Nevada/New Mexico

Aledade is looking for an Operations Specialist for our Utah market. This is a remote work from home position located in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, or New Mexico. The successful candidate to have the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing central tracking
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and working with a Senior Management Team
• Monitor field staff activities in order to assist in meeting KPI goals
• Work with the Manager to identify, problem solve and conduct appropriate assignment/escalation of issues
• Work with management to analyze and monitor the financial performance of value-based initiatives
• Monitor and enforce compliance with Aledade policies and procedures
• Assist the Aledade field team with any issues regarding data requests and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Participate in required meetings and trainings
• Utilize CRM and Business Intelligence software to document all required information, including workflow updates and practice details
• Support the Executive Director on special projects and other program reporting requirements as needed 

Qualifications:

• Healthcare Industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Project management process knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment
• Travel up to 5% of the time. Overnight stays will be very rare.
