Responsibilities

• Operate and upkeep fabrication machinery like press brakes, fiber optic lasers, and turret punches.
• Analyze and interpret blueprints to guarantee seamless production of components.
• Accurately use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, protractors, and squares to establish exact measurements.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Willingly cross-train on all machines in the shop to support team versatility.
• Be willing to work extra hours as needed to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in running press brakes, fiber optic lasers, and turret punches is a plus.
• Skill in comprehending and analyzing blueprints.
• Understanding how to operate measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, protractors, and squares.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
• Being open to working additional hours when necessary to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Ambitious and collaborative approach to successfully implement production processes.
