Position Overview
Arlo is in search of a Senior Logistics Manager who shall provide oversight on logistics, auditability, supply accountability, and internal control support to the Management Control Activity (MCA). This individual will ensure the data submitted to the government is accurate and meets the required formats and timelines.Work Location
Quantico, VA (onsite 2-3 days)
Responsibilities
- Work with MCSC G-4 on bringing Capital Assets in audit compliance in all accountable property systems of records.
- Conducting daily/weekly pull and review of the DPAS IDAR and GCSS D6A/D6B.
- Continuing asset validation for current and past fiscal years APSRs
- Supporting MCICOM in ensure compliance of new photographic requirements are added to new and legacy assets in within the APSR.
- Continuing KSD repository for all MCSC assets.
- Continuing efforts in monthly roll-forward cost validation on military equipment for GCSS-MC assets.
- Participating in and supported Capital Asset Cost Form (CACF) and Asset Entry Workbook (AERW) development and training.
- Supporting Property Transfer Team with continual review and approval of Government Furnished Property (GFP) loan packages.
- Conducting cross training with ME, PT, DPAS, and PFM
- New hire system access and training
Education and Minimum Qualifications
- Must have an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Must have a US Citizenship.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field from an accredited institution with at least 8 years of logistics experience.
- Prior government contracting or DoD/Military experience.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suite products, particularly Excel and Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Working knowledge and familiarity with the following government systems: Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Web Federal Logistics Information System (WebFLIS), Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS), Total Life-Cycle Management – Operational Support Tool (TLCM-OST), and Defense Automatic Addressing System Inquiry (DAASINQ)
