As the Project Analyst for the department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, you will play a vital role in advancing projects and initiatives that align with the department’s mission and goals. Primary duties include:
• Coordinate and implement program and project activities under the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer and Clinical Director.
• Develop and deliver program and project materials such as reports, presentations, website updates, social media content, and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collect and analyze program and project data to evaluate operational effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans for continued success, impact, and relevance.
• Manage special events and activities
• Coordinate and manage all administrative responsibilities on behalf of the CAO and Clinical Director, including overseeing calendars, drafting and editing correspondence, and handling purchasing requests.
Salary Range: $28.30 - $54.74/hour
Job Qualifications

• Strong program and project management skills
• Proven experience leading and managing complex, strategic projects.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience organizing and managing detailed information and confidential information.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
• Experience in creating and managing Tableau dashboards – preferred.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for web and print content creation – preferred.
