Your role as a Senior Project Manager at Vinci Digital Marketing is not just to manage projects but to be a leader, strategist, and innovator in the digital marketing space. 🎯 Key Priorities for the Role:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
• Client Collaboration: Work alongside the Account Manager, contributing to client sessions and ensuring their strategic marketing needs are met.
• Team Leadership and Project Ownership: Take full ownership and lead projects, ensuring they are not merely managed but are steered effectively from conception to completion, while ensuring the team is motivated and guided throughout the process.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources and full transparency with clients.

• Project Oversight: Supervise multiple digital marketing projects from conception to completion.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present strategies, and communicate progress.
• Team Development: Work towards nurturing the team, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Innovation: Continually seek and implement innovative strategies and tools to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

🚀 The First Few Weeks in the Role:

• Onboarding: Engage in a comprehensive onboarding process to understand Vinci Digital’s methodologies, tools, and team dynamics.
• Client Introduction: Meet with existing clients, understand ongoing projects, and establish rapport.
• Team Interaction: Get to know the team, understand their roles, and establish communication and workflow protocols.
• Project Review: Dive into ongoing projects to understand current statuses, upcoming milestones, and potential challenges.

Working Hours ⏰:

• Full-time
• 40 hours per week with a mandatory availability from 4-8 PM CET.

The remaining hours are flexible, yet they should ensure a full shift per day and align with the team's availability to effectively manage people, projects, and tasks.
