Job Summary:

  • The Warehouse Team Leader supports all material handling roles, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and cycle counts. They coordinate all cell processes, ensuring safety, housekeeping, quality, business goals, and new-hire training are maintained. The role requires openness to cross-training and flexibility to assist other cells as needed, while strictly following all safety, quality, and operations procedures.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operates across all cell processes/roles.
  • Coordinates daily workload and works cross-functionally to ensure priorities are met.
  • Load/unload trucks with forklift or pallet jack; maintain forklift certification.
  • Pulls parts from inventory for manufacturing or shipment.
  • Receives, unpacks, restocks, and handles fragile aircraft parts.
  • Maintains inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Schedules freight carriers for deliveries and pickups.
  • Participates in physical inventory counts.
  • Communicates professionally and supports internal/external customers.
  • Records data in Microsoft programs and ERP systems.
  • Coordinates all aspects of new employee training and certification.
  • Responds to workload changes and engages the team accordingly.
  • Ensures team safety and good housekeeping.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned. 

  

Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts with a three-day weekend!

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Stand for long periods and occasionally lift 25-45 lbs.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • U.S. person status required.
  • Forklift certification/license or ability to obtain one.
  • English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong mathematical, reading, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible for various shifts and overtime.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to read, write, speak English
  • US Person Status
