Role Overview
ILH have a vacancy for a strong and experienced Project Manager who will work within the Transformation and Change Team to deliver on our strategic change portfolio for 2024 and beyond. This is a client facing role across the organisation dealing with business and IT stakeholders. Our team are central to the management and delivery of high profile, complex, cross-functional IT and non-IT projects.
What you will help us to achieve
• You will lead, project manage and co-ordinate the delivery of IT application and business projects. You will liaise between technical aspects and project sponsors, business and other key stakeholders as required to understand stakeholder needs.
• Work with sponsors to write proposals, business cases and charters for review and sign-off.
• You will lead in determining and developing project objectives and outlining project requirements. You will lead, manage and adhere to project budgets, schedules and scope and updating forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce and actively manage the relevant project artefacts as per the project delivery framework and methodology.
• You will manage workflow of project team and vendors deliverables in alignment with project milestones operational requirements and constraints while accounting for unforeseen delays and you will co-ordinate project resources across a number of IT & business projects.
• You will have end-to-end accountability and delivery of IT & business projects to achieve the desired outcomes in a predictable and timely manner and monitor and provide status reports to project sponsors and PMO with time and tasks tracking, risks, milestones, budget and resource management of a project at any point during the project life cycle against the overall project plan.
• Undertake standard RAID analysis and establishing the project governance structure and processes, following the ILH project governance and delivery framework.
• Ensure interdependencies with other projects are maintained, managed and properly co-ordinated

- Minimum 5 years of IT and business change project management experience.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Extensive technical and analytical skills for problem solving and decision making.
- Proven experience with delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of project management best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience in change management within large or complex organizations.
- Sound knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, Word).
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Qualifications:
- Primary degree in Business or Technology.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Project management certification (preferable but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile frameworks (preferable but not mandatory).
