Maintenance Team Member, Production Maintenance - Dept. 516 (2nd shift)

 

Job Description 

Production Maintenance: Troubleshooting / repairing complex production operating systems. Technicians work on both electrical and mechanical systems (Testers, Robotics, Pneumatics, etc.). Extensive Electronics and PLC troubleshooting /programming as well as mechanical overhaul and adjustment of machinery. Daily and preventative maintenance on automated equipment. Knowledge of control wiring, strong computer skills and project management skills preferred

 

Requirements:

 

• 2+ yrs, experience/education/training in industrial maintenance or technically relative field. 
• Demonstrated abilities in troubleshooting, modifying, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on automated industrial equipment. 
• Demonstrated cross-functional experience/skills: PLC, HMI,  Ladder Logic,  Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic , Pneumatic systems.
• Must have knowledge of basic electronics theory and some practical experience
• Should have a demonstrated ability to plan/prioritize work. 
• PC skills- MS excel/word, hardware, windows operations.   
• Must not be color-deficient.
• Must be able to work at heights of 20 ft on ladder/lifts
• Must be able to travel (may include Japan)
