Student Assistant, Marketing & Innovation for Arla Unika - Aarhus

Are you studying within a marketing or business related field? Are you passionate about food and dreaming of kick-starting your career within a global food FMCG? Then you might just be who we are looking for! The Premium team is a small and passionate team responsible for Arla Foods’ super premium brand, Arla Unika. In the Premium team, we are responsible for everything from innovation, marketing, communication and sales and we work with both B2B/foodservice and B2C/retail. We are looking for a student assistant to support us in our marketing activities, covering our product launches, communication tasks, sales support and more.

 

How will you make an impact

You will report into the Head of Marketing & Innovation, Frederic Viking, and become part of a team consisting of passionate dairy lovers, working with innovation, content creation, digital media, PR and product management. You will support the team in our Danish office in Viby J – working with a focus on both, the Danish and the Swedish market.

 

Tasks will include:

• Marketing asset creation & management
• Ordering & distribution of materials
• Support on new design implementation
• Follow-up and alignment materials needed for product launches
• Event support
• Ad hoc marketing support

 

What will make you successful

We are looking for a person who is ambitious and enjoys a fast past-environment with a start-up mentality. No day is quite the same in our team. A successful candidate have a high energy level strong project management skills and a good attention to detail.

 

Besides, we prefer for you to:

• Have good project management skills
• Have marketing & communication experience
• Have experience in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Power Point) 
• Are preferable Danish speaking and fluent in English. Swedish language skills are a plus.
• Will ideally be studying for at least 2 more years. Please indicate on your CV when you expect to finish your current study program.

 

We expect you to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, allowing for a good balance between studies and work.
