Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner- Workforce Transformation to lead and manage comprehensive workforce transformation initiatives within our Technology and Data organizations. This role is responsible for driving organizational change, aligning talent strategies with business objectives, and ensuring the organization is prepared for future workforce challenges in an increasingly digital and evolving market landscape.
The HR Business Partner- Workforce Transformation will collaborate with leadership, HR, and other departments to implement strategies that improve employee engagement, productivity, and skill development, while ensuring a smooth transition to new operating models.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the design, development, and execution of workforce transformation programs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, Change Management, Learning and Development, etc) to assess workforce needs and identify skill gaps.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to address talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and future skills requirements.
- Analyze trends in technology, digital transformation, and industry changes to recommend innovative solutions for workforce development.
- Partner with Change Management team to ensure smooth transitions, including communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with L&D organization to develop upskilling, reskilling, and learning programs that prepare the workforce for future demands.
- Create and track metrics to measure the success of workforce transformation initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor emerging trends and best practices in workforce management, ensuring the company remains competitive.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in workforce transformation, organizational development, or human resources management.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel, strong data analytics experience, ability to use data to tell a story.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with digital tools, automation, and technology-driven transformation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
